Week of High School State Meet. The throwers does not need to throw each day. The throws is the maximum amount of volume you want to take. Depending on what day you throw at state you may want to take some time off. No lifting this week and just a light jog the day your throwers practice at the state meet venue to get loosen up from the van or bus ride.
